Hokkaido

I had a business trip to Hokkaido on Monday and Tuesday to meet sales candidates.

It seemed majority passengers in the airplane were for business and over 95% of them are men. 

In Japan, the ratio of male to female worker is roughly 6:4.

So I guess majority of female worker are not in the job/position which requires travel or don't want to travel.

月曜、火曜と1泊2日で北海道へ出張しました。

ちなみに機内のほとんどの乗客はスーツを着たビジネスマンで、女性は５％も居ませんでした。

労働者の男女比は6:4ぐらいなのに、こんなに女性が少ないということは、出張をしなければならない職種に女性が少ないか、もしくは出張を辞退しているか・・・でしょうか。

Hokkaido is beautiful place with great nature and famous for potato, sea food and mutton barbecue etc.

My colleague in Hokkaido took me a popular seafood restaurant for dinner.

Please see crazy serving show.

There is a basic rule as follows:

1. We can say stop on the way 
2. W can also get samon as much as it can stay in the bowl.
3. We are not allowed to leave any piece of rice and samon roe.  
4. In case we leave any, we have to pay 1000 yen for each piace of rice and samon. 

夜は、北海道の同僚がいくらのぶっかけ丼で有名な「はちきょう」というお店に連れて行ってくれました。ストップと声をかけなければ、丼に乗るだけいくらを入れてくれますが、食べ残しは厳禁。

残したらいくらもお米も一粒1000円払わないといけないとか。

こぼしたものまでみんなで綺麗に食べました★

ちなみに月曜日なのにすごく混んでいて、夜の11時半になってようやく入れました。

（ということでこれは2軒目です）

I had only 10 mintes in the airport to buy souvenirs and I bought cheese, ramen (noodle), cod roe as per Bjørn and Simon's request, and sweets for my boss and colleagues in hurry. 

Schedule in 2 days were tight and I coudn't go to see anywhere.

I hope I can stay longer in Hokkaido with my family next time.

After coming back, I showed the movie of Samon roe serving in iPhone.

Simon liked the term 'Oi sa-!' and the motion a lot and played serving water etc. saying Oi sa-! later.

仕事を頑張りすぎて、2日ともスケジュールがタイトになってしまい、

空港でお土産を買う時間がほとんどありませんでしたが、

「ただいまぁ」「わーい、お母さん！おかえり！」「お土産買ってきたよ♪」

というシーンをイメージしながら、、ビョァンと志門にラーメン、たらこ、チーズを買いました。

そして、上司と同僚へは上司からおいしいと聞いていたmorimotoのお菓子を。

次回は家族でゆっくり旅行したいなぁと思いつつ、東京へ。

帰宅後、志門にいくらぶっ掛けのムービーを見せると、オイサー！のフレーズと動きが気に入ったようで、しばらく真似していました（笑）
