Ålen i sommer




After walking around the town, Bjørn went back to home and I continuously enjoyed shopping, even though I could not buy a lot after all.
I bought flower silicone cups for Bjørn so that he can enjoy cooking sweets.
(They are cute, aren´t they? If any of you likes it, please let me know. I will get ones for you.)

After coming home, we ate rice and broiled eel with new thin chopsticks for dinner.
Japanese eat eel when we cannot eat a lot because of summer heat, as eel is rich food.

  3. Den er stegt over åben ild, derefter dampet. Det bliver den helt utroligt blød af; uden tvivl den bedste måde at spise ål på!
