It is quite rare that foreign company open 1st shop in Osaka. Usually, it's in Tokyo. As a native of Osaka, I'm happy that Tiger selected Osaka for the 1st shop.
And I'm also happy that Danish shops and cultural things becomes popular here.
But I don't hope globalization goes too much because I want to feel advantage by flying to denmark and enjoying shopping there :)
デンマークの10クローナショップ、ティアー（英語読みではタイガー）が今年6月大阪に日本第1号店をオープンするそうです。（タイガーだと、阪神ファンが間違って入店しそう・・・）
カルティエ・エルメス・ゴディバなどの高いブランドからH&Mやマクドナルドなどの安いブランドまで、東京に1号店を出店している中、1号店出店の場所としてタイガーが大阪を選んでくれたことは大阪人とてはなんとなく嬉しい(^^*)
デンマークのお店・文化が日本で紹介され、有名になってくるのも嬉しいけど、チェーン展開が世界規模で進むと外国での買い物の楽しみが減ってしまうのでちょっと複雑な気分です(^^;)
