1st day - 8/11

I had summer holidays between 11th - 15th Aug.
So we went to Kagoshima to visit my grand father.

It was the first time for Simon to take airplane, but it seemed there was no problem.
He was calm almost all the time. It was a good practice for longer flight to Denmark.

We met Meiko at Kagoshima airport and rented a car there.
The first place in Kagoshima after lunch was family's brave. Grand father's ancestor including two grand mothers (my granpa got 2nd wife after 1st wife passed away) are sleeping here.


お盆休みはじいちゃんに会いに鹿児島に帰省しました。
志門にとっては初めての飛行機だったものの、まぁまぁご機嫌だったのでまずは一安心。

空港でお母さんと合流してレンタカーを借り、まずはおばあちゃんと後妻さんが同居しているお墓へ。
お墓の場所がわからず右往左往したものの、なんとか到着。

We picked up my granpa at a nursing home and went back to his home together.

グループホームでおじいちゃんをピックアップして、自宅へ。

After a while, Bjørn and I went for a walk to make Simon sleep.

しばらくして、志門を寝かせるためにお散歩へ。

Bjørn liked to take spider's photos a lot.

ビョァンいわく、水車はヨーロッパっぽいけどアンパンマンがあるあたりがやっぱり日本。

鹿児島の七夕は、8月。

Beautiful paper. I found this was actually package of Rice cracker.

よく見ると、せんべいの袋で作られたきれいな兜。
