As some of you may know, my grandparents' house stands next to my parents house.
My father took over the house after my grandparents passed away and they decided to renovate the house.
They are going to move in the new one and rent the current house to somebody.
They live in a small three storey house now, but my father thinks a two storey house is better for old people.
I didn't get the point to keep old wooden frames because breaking everything and building new house seemed a lot easier.
Actually, the house maker says it requires high technology to make it strong and safe by renovation.
On the other hand, renovation cost is about 70% of building a new house.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing the result in the winter.
uh...it doesn`t look good, but I`m sure the result will be fine.
SvarSletOh, my God! That's a big project!!! They must be looking forward to their newly renovated house sometime this winter!
