Shiba-park

The autum has come and the leaves are turning in Tokyo lately.

On Saturday, we went to Shiba park to take Simon on the train and to see colored leaves.

Simon gets most excited to see running trains.

When he is on board, he tries to get off, looking at other trains and shouting Densha-ni! Densha-ni !(to train, to train) So, I always tries to find the way to divert his interest away from getting off the train.

3連休そして紅葉シーズン。

電車好きの志門のために、電車に乗って紅葉を見に行こうということで、芝公園へ。

志門はもみじやイチョウの葉を拾ってはしゃぎ、芝の上を自由に走り回り、それをほほえましく見守る両親・・・というイメージで行ったものの、着いた時には志門は眠そうで、全然歩きたがらない上、80本あるはずのもみじの木は見つからず・・・(×_×)　

とりあえず「電車を見て志門が喜んだ」というだけで 終わりました（笑）

ちなみに志門は動いている電車を見ると大興奮するものの、同じ電車に乗っていると退屈するようで、他の電車を見ながら「電車に！電車に！」と叫びながら降りたがります。

かなり大声で叫ぶので、興味をそらすために、駅名を実況したり、ドアが閉まるまでの秒数を数えたりと、他のことに興味を持たせるのに常に必死です（＾＾；）

We couldn't leave earlier since Simon was taking nap.

And it was too late to see colored leaves unfortunetely.

Besides, we couldn't find maple trees there since the park is large and separated even though there should be 80 maple trees in the park.

I thought we can reach the maple tree spot if we follow the crowds, however we realized that their destination was not colored leaves but Tokyo tower with Christmas decorations.
人ごみについていけば、芝公園内にあるというもみじ谷にたどり着けるかと思ったら、ついたところが東京タワー＆クリスマスイルミネーションでした。
