New toy!

Simon got two birthday presents from Meiko.
It seemed only the package was fun enough for him.
After playing with the package, we gave 'real' toy to him.
Maybe tomorrow, he will get another one since one new toy might be enough for one day:)

Exploration after dinner

Lyn, torden og sne

While Simon was sleeping peacefully in strange position..

It snowed a lot even in Tokyo after big thunderbolts .
(but not like on Bornholm)

And snow stayed (about 4cm) in the morning.

Banan kager

I made banana cookie for Simon.
Simon enjoyed to hear and to see hand mixer.

By the way, the cornflakes on the floor was in a plate before.

And of course, he enjoyed to eat the cookies.

Winter sac

It was very cold weather with rain and snow in Tokyo on Friday and Saturday.
The wether became better today and I went out for a walk with Simon in the afternoon.

This winter sac is very practical and useful but Simon doesn't like to be inside.

Simon felt asleep, so I put his arms and head inside again.

Hele mandarine

I found a recepi of pancake with vegitables and Simon loves it.

And mandarine as always.

Sleepy Lion

On of my friend gave me a knitting yarns to make a lion cap for baby.
My mother kindly made it and sent it to us.

Little cleaning man

Simon enjoyed using roller.
He was very happy when he used it on my legs even though I insisted my legs were not dirty!

Farmor

My grandma passed away on 4th of Jan 2012.

She was able to live until 89 years old even though she had cardiac infarction, lung cancer, and liver cancer etc.
She preferred taking care of someone to being taken cared by someone and she was a hard worker.

Since I was the only female grandchild, she could buy a piano and Kimono for me.
She always taught me the names of flowers and stars, walking together when I was small.
I fell sorry that I cannot play piano well now and cannot remember the names of flowers and stars.
But anyway, I remember that she did a lot for me and I appreciated it a lot.

We had Buddhism ceremonies on 5th and 6th only with families and relatives at grandma's will and prayed for the souls of her.
