Hello from Sweden

みなさんご無沙汰しております。

スウェーデンへの移住に伴い、パソコンを船便で送ってからはなかなかblogがアップできず、代わりにフェイスブックで近況報告させてもらっていました。

今日は試しにiPhoneからのblogを投稿してみまーす。

 

   

Football game on Suday

On Sunday, we went to south Osaka by car to join football game.

Bjørn got upset stomach on the day and gave up to go together.

Simon likes to take keeper position and he was able to catch ball twice during the game.

 日曜日、車で志門のサッカーの試合に行きました。（眠たかったけど）

ビョァンは突然の胃腸炎で一緒に行けないことになり、一人で連れていくことに。。。

ウォームアップ中

Warm-up

志門はキーパーが好きなようで、「僕なぁ、キックもまぁまぁうまいけど、キャッチの方がうまいねん。」と言っていました（笑）試合中も2回キャッチできてご本人はご満悦。

私はゴール裏で待機し、ボールが近づいてくる度冷や冷やしながら、一緒にボールを追いかけようとゴールを離れる志門を見て、「志門！戻って！ゴール前に戻って！」とか「志門、よそ見せんとちゃんとボール見て」とか必死で声かけしていました。（心臓に悪い）

During break time, Simon and his friends enjoyed a puzzle game with my mobile, though kids in other strong teams keep practising football in enthusiastic way.  

強豪チームは休憩時間もサッカーの練習に明け暮れていましたが、志門と志門の友達は私の携帯でパズドラに夢中（笑）

 

 

Saturday night

I feel like meeting all friends in Japan before leaving. 

I met old friends from high school on Saturday night and had great time with them.

スウェーデンに行く前に友達みんなに会わなければ・・・ということで土曜日の夜、高校時代からの友達、磯とかやに会いました★　

（ちなみにもう一人の友達、澤は現在シカゴで頑張っています。）

家族、仕事、家、美容と健康等々、話題は尽きることなく、時間ぎりぎりまで楽しい一時を過ごしました♪

・・・そしてスウェーデンへ Relocation to Mölndal, Sweden!

We decided to relocate to Sweden around Dec 2016/Jan 2017.

I'll work in the same Pharmaceutical Company, based in Mölndal.   This is not a fixed term international assignment, but a permanent contract as a locally hired employee. This is a big decision for us, but I believe this is a great opportunity for all of us to develop ourself and to enjoy family time more, being close to Danish family!

We are waiting for VISA approval now and don't have detail plan for relocation yet. 

We’ll keep you updated.

Looking forward to seeing Danish family more often next year!

今年の年末年始頃、家族でスウェーデンに引っ越すことになりました。

今働いている製薬会社で、グローバル組織の人事ポジションでオファーがあり、スウェーデンのMölndalという町で働くことになります。期間限定の海外出向ではなく、現地採用の正社員として日本法人からスウェーデン法人に移籍します。

自分の中では大きな決断であったものの、私のキャリアだけでなくビョァンや志門にとっても貴重な機会になるものと信じて、腹をくくって行ってきます。

今まだ就労VISA申請中でまだ引越し日程は決まっていませんが、また決まればご報告します。

来年はデンマークの家族ともっと会えるかな。

日本の家族、親戚、友達にあまり会えなくなるのは寂しいけど、みんなぜひ遊びにきてください★待ってます。

Happy life friday

As you may know, Japanese people tend to work long hours, for several reasons. Company implemented new practice which is called 'Happy Life Friday'.

Company promote people to leave office at 4 pm on Fridays to have better work/life balance. 

I have 7 subordinates (3 in Osaka, 4 in factory) now and one of the staff in Osaka invited us to her home some days ago, to have team dinner, utilizing happy life Friday. 

All dishes were so delicious and beautiful. We had really great time together until late night! 

I'm supposed to invite them next time, as they would like to try Danish food ; )

ワークライフバランス向上のために会社がハッピーライフフライデーという制度をスタートし、金曜日には16時退社を推奨し始めました。いつもは何だかんだで結局遅くなってしまうものの、たまにはこの制度を使おうということで、プチイベントを企画。

今7人の部下がいて、そのうち3人は大阪にある本社勤務、4人は工場勤務。

大阪メンバーの一人が自宅に招待してくれて、めちゃめちゃおいしい料理をご馳走になりました★

女性4人で盛り上がり、ご機嫌に飲んで食べて・・・結構遅くまでお邪魔してしまいました。

あーー楽しかった。

ちなみに次は我が家の予定。みんなデンマーク料理を楽しみにしているので料理はビョァンに任せて私は片付けを頑張ります（笑）

 

Sports festival

Oct 10 was a national holiday, which is called Sports day. 

And we had sports festival as an annual event.

親もいろいろと役割を与えられていて、ビョァンは今年も警備係担当。

特に何も起こらないので、やることがなく暇らしいけど、それでも一応警備員風に。

 Parents need to take a role to support this event and Bjørn had to work as a security guard, though it was a boring job since nothing happened.

As you see, it was easy to find Simon !

志門を見つけるのが簡単すぎて、、、オイオイ

今年はエルモおにぎりを作ってみました★

  

 

 I did not plan it but I had to join parents race.. 

できれば避けたかったものの、三人四脚に出場する羽目に。

 今年は玉入れ準備係を命じられた私

玉入れの最中は、かごを支えるためにポールを持ちつづけなければいけなかったものの、頭、顔、背中に土付きの玉がガンガン当たってかなり痛かった。。。なんたる罰ゲーム。

Children tried to put bolls into the basket.  

I had to support thee basket, but it was very painful task as those balls just hit me in the head and face...

 年長さんになったのでリレー★

今年は志門も結構早く走れていたので皆さんに見せたかったものの、なんとビョァンがビデオも写真も撮っていなかったことが発覚！

理由は、志門のちょっと前に走った子がコースをかなり外れていたことに注目して（爆笑して）しまい、我が子の写真が間に合わなかったとか。めっちゃいい位置に立ってスタンバイしていたのに、何たるこった（＋。＋）

Simon run very fast and I wanted to show that to you.

However I found Bjørn forgot to take photo or video though he was waiting for Simon at very nice position. 

It was because one boy who ran just before Simon ran away without following the line, and everyone including Bjørn paid attention to the boy. Wow...

運動会の後はビョァンも私もボランティアで最後まで片付けを手伝いました。

元引越し屋の血が騒いで頑張りすぎたせいで、私は翌日筋肉痛になってしまいました（笑）

Family trip - Day 3

東尋坊

Tojinbo

I thought going to Tojinbo is a must, just like Dinosaur museum for Bjørn.

We rented a car for the day.

福井県に行くならば東尋坊は譲れない・・・というわけで、最終日、レンタカーを借りてやって参りました。

Simon's first Rock-climbing 

I'm not scared this kind of place, but I was scared a lot when I see Simon was climbing rocks. I may be overprotecting but I think this is not the best place to try for the first time. I think Betty can agree on this.

志門のロッククライミングデビュー

自分は怖くないけど、志門が登るところを見ると冷や冷やして生きた心地がしませんでした・・・ 

怪我するのが怖くてちょっと過保護にしているかもしれないけど、それにしてもここは初めて練習するにはちょっとリスクが高すぎではないかと。

 I asked Simon what he wants to buy at souvenir shop, and his answer was 'I want to buy a rabbit!'.

志門にお土産何か買いたい？と聞くと「うさぎ買いたい！」と。。。残念ながら買えません。近くのコーナンで売ってるけども。
