Children's world map

I bought a big world map with many pictures and stories in English.
If we buy a world map in Japan, Japan is the middle, Europe is left and USA is right.
I wanted to teach Simon that map looked different depending on the angles.


イラストやその場所にまつわる出来事などがいっぱい書かれている世界地図を買いました。
英語なのでまだちゃんと読んでいませんが（^^;)

日本で見る世界地図は日本が真ん中だけど、ヨーロッパで買う世界地図はヨーロッパが真ん中。
立場によって地図は変わることを志門に教えたくて、あえて英語版を買いました。





靴下を脱いで、噛んで大喜び。

Shinjyuku Park

We went to a park in Shinjyuku and had lunch together with my aunts and uncles on Saturday since it was a fine day.
I forgot to bring my camera but Osamu kindly sent photos by email.
Bjørn stayed at home to take a nap.

土曜日は叔父さん、叔母さん達と一緒に新宿御苑でお昼を食べ、お散歩を楽しみました。
カメラを忘れたので、後で叔父さんに写真を送ってもらいました(^^;)







We had cake & tea at Royal Copenhagen Tearoom. We had to be careful that Simon won't touch and break Royal Copenhagen plates and coffe cups!

最後は伊勢丹のロイヤルコペンハーゲンティーラウンジでお茶。

Labor Thanksgiving Day

It was a national holiday today which is called Labor Thanksgiving Day.
I enjoyed housewife tasks such as cleaning, cooking, washing and baby sitting like usual weekend and Bjørn enjoyed making bread, using the recipe book from Denmark.

今日は勤労感謝の日。
ということで日ごろの自分の勤労に感謝して怠けたい気分は山々ですが、洗濯物も山々。。。
結局、洗濯、掃除、料理、育児といつもの週末のような主婦的な1日でしたが、家が片付いて気分はスッキリ♪
ちなみにビョァンはパン作りに勤しんでおります。

Pasta

Usually, we are very busy with feeding him while dinner because we cannot keep up with his eating speed. When we are late or if we don't allow him to eat by himself, he gets angry and says 'uuuuu!' with very low voice even I expect him to say 'mere mere' with cute voice.
We found pasta is easy to make Simon happy and let him eat by himself.

食べさせるスピードが遅かったり、自分で食べたいのに触らせないと「うぅぅぅ」と低い声で唸る志門。
そんなこんなでいつも落ち着いて食べれないけども、パスタだったら一人でご機嫌に食べてくれるので楽チンです★

Weekend in Osaka

Simon is checking price difference between that in Tokyo and in Osaka.
東京と大阪の物価の違いを検証中。




We went to a Kushikatsu 'deep fried food' restaurant on Saturday night.
Bjørn and I went there first while my mother was feeding Simon at home.
Later, Meiko and Susumu came to the restaurant with Simon and I came home with Simon.

Meiko called me and told that she would go home soon and help us to wash Simon.
But it was Susumu who came home soon and Meiko and Bjørn came home at 1am at night!

I was able to hear their happy and drunk conversation when they came back.
Next day, I heard that the restaurant cook told Bjørn to run away if Meiko asked him to go to second restaurant to keep drinking because the cook knows our family for over 20 years.
As the cook predicted Meiko invited Bjørn to Sushi restaurant next just after closing the door of Kushikatsu restaurant :p
Anyway, they told me it was a good time.

土曜日は近所にある馴染みの串かつ屋さんに行きました。

お母さんに志門の面倒を見てもらっている間に、ビョァンと私が前乗りしてモリモリ食べ、その後両親が合流したのと同時に私が志門を連れて帰りました。

お母さんから「志門をお風呂に入れるのを手伝うからもうすぐしたら帰るね」との連絡があったものの、帰ってきたのはなんとお父さん。

ビョアンとお母さんはすし屋に梯子し、夜中の1時にご機嫌な感じで帰ってきました。
串かつ屋のマスターは、ビョアンに「次行こうと言われたら逃げや」と助言したそうですが、店の扉を閉めた瞬間、2件目に誘われたそうです（笑）

Since I have a old brother, I watched this kind of boy's program a lot when I was small.
At the moment I see Ultraman, Ultraman music start to play in my mind :)
I hope Simon likes this series in future since I'm ready to buy monsters!

朝子おばちゃんのところでお皿をやたら気に入っていたのでうちでも使おうと思い、ウルトラマンのお皿を買いました。
そういえば、小さい時、兄ちゃんの影響で女の子向けよりも男の子向けのテレビを良く見ていたような気がします。（だからメンタルがおっさんになってしまったのか･･･な？）
ウルトラマンの歌を歌いながら、怪獣買いたいから志門も早くウルトラマンシリーズを好きになって欲しいなぁと思う今日この頃です。








By the way, we are going to go back to Osaka to see my grampa in a hospital on Friday afternoon.
I'm looking forward to having eel tomorrow's dinner since I often request it to Bjørn and he reject it because it's relatively expensive!

ちなみに、金曜の夕方から入院した祖母に会いに、3人で大阪に戻ります。
そして明日の晩はうなぎを食べさせてもらう約束です♪
「うなぎは高い」といつもビョァンに却下されるので久しぶりです（苦笑）

Active Sunday

I visited substitute for grandparents' house again with Simon on Sunday.
Simon enjoyed pumpkin rice there for lunch.
Like always, he wanted to touch it and ete it by himself.

日曜は祖父母の代わりに志門の面倒を見てくれる、朝子おばちゃんの家へ★
相変わらず自分でご飯を食べたがって、そこら中がかぼちゃご飯だらけになりました（笑）

After that, he always turn it around to see what's on the back.

Flying Simon






They entertained Simon a lot with this toy.
But Simon started to pay attention to the TV over this toy.
We found real running horses there!




「パッカパッカ　パッカパッカ・・・」と言いながら動くおもちゃで志門をあやしてくれる俊夫おじさんと朝子おばちゃん。
ところが志門は途中からおもちゃを通り越してテレビを見始め、そこには本物の馬（競馬）が写っていました（笑）


After coming back, I made corn and onion soup for Simon and freeze it like this so that we can easily defrost it.

帰宅してからは志門用にコーンとたまねぎのスープを作り、小分けして冷凍しました。
パクパク食べてくれるので、作るのも楽しいワン★



Fortunately, Simon felt asleep easily in the night maybe because he played a lot.
ちなみにいっぱい遊んでもらったおかげか、日曜の夜はコテッと寝てくれて助かりました★

Evening kick

最近ますます食欲が旺盛になってきました。
次の一口を待つ間、ひたすら足をバタつかせて遊ぶ志門。

Morning kick

It's warm and fine day today.（Ca. 20 degrees)
Simon ate flaked salmon and rice a lot this morning.
So he needs some exercise!

Anpanman

Simon got a big Anpanman from Hinata.
Anpanman is a hero in Japanese anime cartoon.
His face is made from bread and he gives a part of his face to hungry people.

Simon doesn't know this caractor yet, but he shows big smile every thime when he see it.

姪っ子のひなちゃんからアンパンマンを貰いました♪
志門はアンパンマンを知らないのに、やっぱり何か子どもの心を惹きつけるものがあるようで大喜びしてます。

Quiet Weekend

I bought a toy basket the other day and Simon likes to take all the toys out from there.

On Saturday, Simon and I went to Ginza(a big shopping town in central Tokyo) to vist Yukako, working in aesthetic salon and to buy some cloths for Simon.


増えてきたおもちゃを段ボールに入れるのもどうかと思い、ついにおもちゃ用のバスケットを買いました。
志門は次から次へとおもちゃを引っ張り出して喜んでいます★


土曜日は、志門を連れて銀座へ行きました。
いとこの夕香ちゃんが働いているエステへ顔を出した後、志門の服を買いにGAPへ。（銀座でも行くところはGAP･･･）

Examination

今日は仕事帰りに皮膚科に行ってきました。
何ヶ月か前からお腹や胸など、身体の前面にあざのようなものが出ていたものの、見かけが美しくないこと以外は特に害はないので気にしてなかったのですが、ビョァンに病院に行くように言われ、確かに原因ぐらいは確認した方がいいかと思い、お腹ペコペコのままマンションの下にあるクリニックへ。

結局、出産直後になったのと同じ「多形滲出性紅斑」と診断され、過労やホルモンバランスの変化、ストレスが主な原因の免疫系の疾患だということがわかりました。

ちなみに診察の際、先生に「ちょっと見せて」と言われておなかを見せると、真顔で「妊娠何ヶ月ですか？」と言われてしまった～(T ^ T)
妊娠してないんですけど！(*｀へ´*)
しかもおなかペコペコなんですけど･･･（−＿−；）


I saw a doctor after working today, following Bjørn's recommendation since I had skin trouble for some months.
I didn't care it a lot but there sometimes appeared spots on my stomach and breasts.
It was not beautiful but it was only a matter of appearance.

I found it was mainly because of tiredness, changes in hormone balance and stess etc. It's called 'erythema exsudativum multiforme' and I had this trouble just after giving birth.

The disease itself was not surprise for me compared the doctor's question.
At the moment I showed my stomach to the doctor,the doctor asked me 'when are you expecting?' seeing my stomach.

I'm not pregnant, and I was very hungry at that time! ;p

Stand Training

It's national holiday today in Japan.
And today's temperature was 20 degree, which is not like November's weather.

Simon enjoy 'standing' recently.
It seems his legs are strong enough but he cannot take balance yet.

And he doesn't like to put the float ring anymore because he cannot use hands freely with it.
He likes to touch it, punch it and bite it instead.

最近立つのが楽しいようで、「かっこいい～」などと適当に褒めればなおさら喜んで立っています。
そんなこんなで足の力はだいぶ強くなったけど、バランスがまだ取れません(･･;)

ちなみに、最近スイマーバを付けようとすると怒って嫌がります。（たぶん手が使えないから）
代わりに、触ったりパンチしたり噛んだりしながら機嫌よく遊んでいます。







Three of us went to a shopping center this afternoon.
We wanted to buy a kind of pan for a long time, and finally we found the one we like in the shopping center.
We gonna use it tomorrow!

今日は欲しかったグリルなべを買うため、ちょっと遠く（江東区南砂というところ）のショッピングセンターに行きました。
これで、焼肉も鍋もたこ焼きもOKです。



I bought a dinner mat for Simon to make cleaning easy.
Then I found the life is not that easy...
Simon likes it a lot and he want to touch it, turn it, feel it, wear it etc.

Anyway, I'm happy if he is happy.


掃除が楽になるかと思って購入したお食事マット。
人生はそんなに甘くないことに気付きました。

なんかとても興味をそそるらしく、触ってひっくり返して、なめて被って･･･と常にマットで遊んでいます。
本来の目的を果たしてないから失敗したとも言えるし、とりあえず大人が食べている間一人で遊んでくれるから買って良かったとも言えるかと（笑）
ま、いずれにせよ楽しそうやからいいか、と思ってます(^^)
