French restaurant - Bamboo

We went to a French restaurant at Omotesando (one of fashionable area in Tokyo) because I think we should enjoy something we cannot do easily after having baby.
The name of the restaurant is Bamboo, which is strange as a French restaurant though.

子どもが生まれてからあまりできなくなることを今のうちに、ということで今日は表参道のバンブーというフレンチレストランに行ってきました。フレンチやのにバンブーってちょっと変やけどね。。。

I always order "foie gras" at french restaurant...
○○の一つ覚えみたいに、フランス料理といえば、フォアグラ。




And "Braised beef cheek in red wine sauce" is also must for me.
そして牛頬肉の赤ワイン煮も外せず☆



We were able to select many kinds of sweets. So I took a lot.

During the dinner, Bjørn was criticizing on each food and explaining a lot like an expert.
But when my tea was served, he ate some cubic sugar for tea just like a naughty kid :p

ビョァンは”美食家アカデミー”並に、料理を批評したり作り方を熱く語ったりしていたのに、最後に紅茶についてきた角砂糖をパクッと食べた時にはびっくり！子どもか？！（笑）

*Japanese Room

I am almost always stay in this room when I am awake.
We have Kotatsu(low table with a heater and a kind of futon) in this room. So I sometimes fall asleep there.
Bjørn is planning to buy some Japanese arts and furniture and put Bonsai on.

私は起きている時はほとんどこの部屋で過ごし、コタツで居眠りしています☆
ビョァンは掛け軸や、和風家具、盆栽を買って床の間に飾る予定らしい。



*Bed room

I sleep with a sleeping cushion which is called banana cushion for maternity women.



*Bjørn's room (in future, Kids room)

Bjørn is almost always in this room with PC and coffee.

Stem Cell

Baby is in the 36th week now and he is fine as usual.
A midwife told me that there was no sign to come out soon for now even though I wanted to deliver before he will become too big. :p

By the way, we decided to take out stem cells from cord blood and keep them for some decades just for a kind of insurance. It costs ca.14,600 DKK for the first 10 years and we can use it for the new baby and the 2nd degree of kinship.(his brother or sister in future, Bjørn, Yukiko, Ib, Betty, My parents) in case of need in future.

現在妊娠36週で経過は順調なものの、まだ生まれる気配はないとのこと。
大きくなりすぎる前に生みたいと思っていただけに残念（笑）

ちなみに､多少考えた結果､出産時に採取できる臍帯血を保管することにしました｡
初期費用を含め､最初の10年で22万ほどかかるので痛手ではあるものの､2親等まで使えるそうなので､保険だと思って申し込みました｡

This is a float ring for baby to play in the bathtub after 1st month.
People says baby can enjoy it because he can move arms and legs freely and sleep well after the good exercise. I hope my baby will like this!

これは赤ちゃん用の首浮き輪｡生後1ヶ月位からお風呂で遊べて､手足を自由に動かせるのでいい具合に疲れて､よく寝てくれるらしい♪

35th week - 3218g

On 21th (fri), I took a day off and checked how is our baby.
I found he is fine and already 3218g!

From 36th week, I need to go to the clinic in the morning every week and take more thorough examination which is called Non Stress Test.
I will report about it next week.

金曜に振替休日を取って、妊婦検診に行きました。
赤ちゃんは元気で、すでに３２１８グラム。
来週からは週に1回の検診で、ノンストレステストというより詳しい検査があるそうです。
また報告しまーす。

We have moved to Koto-ku (est Tokyo) from Kokubunji (west Tokyo) on 7th of Jan.
And we enjoy new apartment and environment every day :)

New Years Day 2011 元旦

It was a relaxing day today.

Liva allowed me to use her princess goods.
She often says 'Yukiko er babyen. Jeg er storesøster.'
Then Elias also started to say 'Jeg er storebror'


今日はまったりとした一日でした。
（みんな二日酔いで元旦はのんびり過ごすらしい。）

リバちゃんは、「有希子は赤ちゃんで私がお姉ちゃん」と言うのが好きで、今日はエリアス君までもが「僕はお兄ちゃん」と言い出しました。私はどんだけちっちゃいねん！と思いつつ・・・（笑）



Big house, big toy!
家も大きけりゃおもちゃも大きい。



We walked along a beautiful beach in Grenaa.
We met only old people or peole with kids there ;)

午後は近くの海岸を散歩。
会ったのはお年寄りか子ども連れだけでした。若者は二日酔いかな？

31st Dec. Godt Nytår!

Bjørn and I went to Allan and Camilla´s house on New Years Eve.
大晦日はアランさんとカミラさんの家に行きました★

We had fireworks first for kids.
最初に子どものために花火をして・・・



Listened queen´s speech at 18.00
6時には女王のスピーチを聞き、



We had nice dinner (a kind of shrimp and roast beef etc.)
And sing a song and celebrate new year with champagne!
I was standing next to Camilla without knowing that couples are supposed to kiss at 0.00.

夕食にはシャコやらローストビーフを食べました。

0時ちょうどにはパートナーとキスをするということを知らず、私はボーっとカミラさんの横に立っていました（笑）シャンパンで新年の瞬間をお祝いした後は、歌を歌います♪





Many people launch big fireworks between midnight and after few hours all over denmark. (also in other European countries)
I went out with Camilla to see them. I had never seen such a beautiful and large-scale fireworks.

デンマークでは、0時から数時間、新年を祝うために打ち上げ花火を上げます。PLの花火を100倍、360度にした感じの大迫力の景色に圧倒されました。


Please see leaflet below.
Some drunk people put fireworks in someones post box.
So it is a season to buy new post box and people needs tools to fix it.
(I like the order of the pictures in the leaflet because you can see the story.)


ちなみに、酔っ払いが花火をよその家のポストに打ち込むこともよくあるらしく、チラシには、花火→ポスト→工具　の順番でセールの写真が載っていました（笑）

30th Dec. Dinner with Hans and Jutta

Hans and Jutta visited us on 30th of Dec. and Bjørn made dinner.

ハンスさんとユタさんが来てくれました。
料理はビョァンが担当。

きのこのフィットチーネとチキン、フェタ（やぎのチーズ）のサラダ




デザートはイチジクのムース。

真ん中の塔みたいなやつは、王冠ケーキという名前のマジパン（アーモンド）で作ったお菓子。大晦日やお正月を含め、お祝いの時に食べるそうです。

When Jutta and Hans visited us, she showed me her photos.
I wanted to take pictures of beautiful white tree with ice and snow, but it was too cold for me to go outside. So I was so happy to get her photos!

氷や雪で白くなったきれいな木々の写真を撮りたかったものの、寒すぎて外に出れなかったので、ユタさんに写真をもらってアップしました♪











Line was a little baby when we had our wedding party in 2009. (My family liked her very much)
We can see she has grown up a lot.

Ibさんの兄弟Peterさんの子ども、Lineちゃん。2009年夏の結婚パーティのときはこんなにちっちゃかったのに、すっかりお姉ちゃんになりました。（右の赤ちゃんは妹）
