Ibs fødselsdag

We went to a restaurant around Tokyo station after my work on 1st of May to celebrate Ib's birthday.

After coming home, we ate chesnut cake which Bjørn made.

 

1日はイブさんの誕生日。

私の仕事が終わった後、東京駅近くの居酒屋へ行きお祝いをしました。

ケーキはビョァンの手作り、めちゃうまモンブランです♪

I let Simon select and he liked this girls pajama.

He looks very happy about it and sometims say 'It's cool isn't it?'

It is interesting that he says 'cute' for boys one and  'cool' for girls one.

志門に選ばせたらこれを選んだので、試しに着せてみました（＾＾）

志門は「かっこいいでしょ？」と何度も確認しながらご機嫌です。

ちなみに、なぜか女の子っぽい服には「かっこいい」を使い、最近買った男の子っぽい服には「可愛い」を使っています。

We went to Osaka on Thursday night to find new apartment and nursery.

On  Saturday, Ib arrived at Narita airport safely.

It was cold and rainy this weekend but Simon was very happy to have Ib at home!

 

Simon said 'Please come again, Vi ses!' to Ib when he went to bed tonight.

 

 

土曜日にイブさんが来日。

週末はあいにくの雨模様でしたが、イブさんといっぱい遊べてご機嫌な志門。

今夜は寝る前に「また来てね～」と言っていました（笑）

Simon loves this bricks. He often make trains with them.

School year start in April in Japan.

So we had graduation ceremony in March.

We had to draw child's portrait and I asked Meiko to do it.

保育園から子どもの似顔絵を描いてくるように頼まれ、困ったあげく元美術部の腕を信じてお母さんに託しました。

Trip to Yamanashi

On 7th and 8th, we went to Yamanashi (hot spring spot) with Meiko, Toshio and Asako.
Of course, Bjørn could join if he wanted, but he preferred staying at home being free from wife and kid.

Simon enjoyed trains and hot spring (big bath tub) there.
And we enjoyed playing with Simon.


7日、8日はお母さんと、俊夫おじさん、朝子おばさん、志門、私の５人で山梨県の石和温泉に行きました。ビョァンは旅行よりも「妻と子からの解放」を選択し、お留守番（＾＾；）

志門は大好きな電車と、大きなお風呂に大はしゃぎ。
おじいちゃん＆おばあちゃんズにいっぱい遊んでもらいました。

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Toshio tried hide and seek to entertain Simon, but Simon always passed without realizing him!

隠れて志門を驚かそうとする俊夫おじさん。

「志門く～ん」と呼んでいるのに気付かず通過する志門・・・（笑）

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At 9pm we tried to put Simon to sleep, but after few minites, the exciting sound of drum started, which cannot be a lullaby. So we gave up and took Simon to 1st floor.

 

9時になったので、志門を寝かしつけ、ようやく落ち着き始めた時に、階下からドンドコドンと太鼓の音が(*。*)

子守唄になるはずもなく、諦めて志門を1階に連れて行くことにしました。

ちなみに朝子おばちゃんはスヤスヤ熟睡。　

 

 

 

 

This is coal miner's dance. The movement shows digging, pushing, carrying etc.

To my surprise, Meiko and Simon joined them.

 

太鼓の後は炭坑節・・・。

気付けばお母さんと志門も仲間入り!!(ﾉﾟ□ﾟ)ﾉ

 

お母さんの強いリクエストで、２日目は近くのワインセラーへ。
お父さんへのお土産が～　イブさんへのお土産は～と言いつつ、全種類を試飲？

We went to a wine cellar by Meiko's strong request on second day.
She tried almost every kind of wine, whiskey and liquor, excusing she had to select one for Susumu,and one for Ib.

 

ベビーカーを押したがる志門。

右へ左へ方向が定まらず、危ないので、俊夫おじさんがこっそりアシスト♪

急に前へ進むようになって「押せ押せ～♪」としばらく喜んでいたものの、しばらくしておじさんがひっぱっていたことに気付き、「あぁ～うぅうぅ」と怒っていました（笑）

Simon wanted to push his stroller. But it was dangerous since he cannot handle well.

So Toshio pulled it without Simon knowing.

First few minites, Simon didn't realize and he was very happy as it move faster and straight, saying 'push push!'

Afterwards, he found the trick and got angry as you may be able to imagine.
